EGM 2026

The Jersey Sports Association for the Disabled will hold an Extraordinary General Meeting on Wednesday, 22nd April 2026, via video conference, at 20.00. These are the items on the agenda:

1. Apologies for absence

2. To appoint an Acting Chairperson to lead the EGM

3. RESOLUTION

In accordance with the JSAD Constitution (last amended on 28^th May 2025) it is hereby resolved that the Jersey Sports Association for the Disabled be dissolved.

If the meeting adopts this Resolution, then Liquidators will need to be appointed to oversee the transfer of remaining assets and ensuring all debts and liabilities have been satisfied, in accordance with the JSAD Constitution (last amended on 28^th May 2025), before finally winding up JSAD as an Entity.
